Time to get out of that comfort zone?

’A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there.

At certain points in our lives, it’s easy to get caught up in living within the safety and familiarity of our comfort zone. We may not want to make changes for fear of upsetting the balance of family life or finances, or we simply become too comfortable to make the time to dream about all the other possibilities available to us and instead remain content in our little bubble.

If you have dreams but are currently feeling stuck, have lost your career mojo or feel like you’re a slave to your employer then it’s time to consider a new perspective.

What if there was a way to build your inner strength and confidence?

Well, there is. And it starts with redefining who you are now...

• Allow your natural gifts and talents to shine through and never regret the things that haven’t worked out - they were all part of the journey. • Reach out for help instead of staying isolated, lonely or stuck. Use mentors and coaches to help you see your skills, talents and beauty in the way others see you. • Enhance your sense of self-belief and inner confidence by loving yourself for who you are today - nourish your body, mind and soul and treat yourself the same way you’d treat close family or friends.

The key to success, fulfilment and happiness lies not in knowing what the future will hold, but in the willingness to open up and be ready to explore; to reconnect to the fire that burns within and allow yourself the freedom of adventure, learning and personal growth.

But, when it comes to taking the next step in your career or giving yourself a style makeover, which comes first? The new job or the new clothes?

In an ideal world, both happen at the same time but for many women that can be a scary place to venture alone.

So where do you find the inspiration to re-invent your wardrobe AND the support and guidance to remodel your career?

That’s where Lynne Meek of Styling Matters and I, Katie Redfern of Meaningful Recruitment, can help you!

We realised that so many women were staying stuck and playing small because they simply didn’t have the support to step up their game and achieve the lifestyle, look and career they dream of.

So we created the Image & Career Reboot - a six week programme to help women feel brave, bold and confident in their personal style and career goals.

If you would love to create a brand new capsule wardrobe of clothes and accessories that reflect how vibrant and youthful you feel on the inside AND are ready to step into a leadership role, become a company partner or start your own business, then the Image & Career Reboot will help you achieve the higher salary and happiness you desire.

A few words from our clients:

"Thank you for all your support and help over the last few months - you've been a star. I'm so grateful and can't wait to start my new role in 2018!”

"I had forgotten until now that it's so important to invest time in myself and to stop and reassess more regularly. The job that suited me a while ago really doesn't work for me now and you've helped me work out what does.”

"I had a deep knowing of the job I wanted to do but I kept it buried and thought it wasn't possible - Katie uncovered this aspiration that I hadn't shared with anyone and has helped me make it a reality. She uses her intuition and many skills to help make the 'impossible' feel achievable.”

“I’m shouting out a stylist friend @styling_matters who has helped me enormously by doing a wardrobe edit and in-depth colour consultation – she is brilliant and has saved me £££ as I don’t make costly mistakes anymore – thanks Lynne you’re amazing – go follow her on Instagram – I love seeing what she wears every day.”

“You are the best teacher – I’ve learnt so much in the years you’ve been my personal stylist. It’s saved me a fortune, and a lot of time and stress too. Now my wardrobe is super organised, life is much easier. I look better, plus I have discovered my inner rock chick and I love that! It’s been a lot of fun along the way too. Thank you Lynne. Love you for empowering women everywhere.”
